2026 Summer Update
During the next few summer months we will be closing early on Fridays around 3:00 PM
Summer service rates are $150 for gas for June, July, and August ($200 normally)
Pellet service is $250 for June and July ($350 normally)

Get a Rebate!
The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District is giving out incentives to go cleaner! If you are going from a non-EPA certified device to an EPA certified wood or pellet product (and do not have access to natural gas) they are giving $1,000 or $2,500 for low income. Going from any wood or pellet to any gas heating products they are giving out $2,650 for a standard application or $4,150 for low income!! The rebate covers Lodi to Bakersfield and Tracy to Oakdale.
