The Rebate Has Been Increased for Natural Gas Applications!!

The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District is giving out incentives to go cleaner! If you are going from a non-EPA certified device to an EPA certified wood or pellet product (and do not have access to natural gas) they are giving $1,000 or $2,500 for low income.

Going from any wood or pellet to any gas heating products they are giving out is now $4,150 for a everyone with access to Natural Gas!!! Wood and pellet to Propane products are still at the standard $2,650.

The rebate covers Lodi to Bakersfield and Tracy to Oakdale.

2026 Fall / Winter Update 9-22-26

Fall and Winter are approaching quickly! During the months of October through March, we do not do any standard cleanings of fireplaces to allow more time for those fireplaces that are not working at all. Also, our service labor rates change to the following:

$250 for gas serice
$350 for pellet service

Our schedule gets booked really fast during the Fall / Winter as well.

As of 9-14-26, we are currently about 2-3 weeks out for installs and 2-3 weeks out for service. (we are currently only scheduling repairs / service work on fireplaces that aren’t working. Any standard cleanings needed will be put on a waitlist for available openings)
